The Simba Training School was established to impart vocational training to mechanics, electricians, technicians and engineers who wish to enter the industries in which Simba participates, and are free of cost to all participants. Over the last 10 years, the Training School has conducted programs for over 20,000 automotive mechanics and 8,000 electricians.
Simba TVS conducts training under various programs including the Advance Mechanic Program, PGM Trainings and specialised training programs run in collaboration with the Nigerian Automotive Design and Development Council. Simba Service Kamps are electrician training programs for those who aspire to work in fields related to renewable energy, power backup and power protection. The programs initially developed for Simba’s award-winning customer service team have been deployed over the last 10 years to anyone interested in the field, and like other such training programs run by Simba, are free of cost to participants.
