An independent philanthropic arm of the Simba Group, established and chartered to help serve the needs of unprivileged children and youth in Nigeria.Whether classified as disadvantaged, low-income or at-risk, these children often lack access to education and resources for combatting inequality. Likewise, the youth from underprivileged backgrounds often lack opportunities for vocational growth which can set them on a path to overcoming poverty.

While the Foundation is specifically chartered towards education and empowerment, it has also deployed its resources towards palliative measures at times of national calamity, such as those following natural disasters and the Covid-19 pandemic.
